A New york judge refused to issue a court injunction to allow her make new music outside of her record label Sony Music and ruled in favour of Dr. Luke who she claimed sexually abused her.
New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich ruled in favour of Dr. Luke and Sony telling Kesha who was sobbing and her team, "You are asking the court to decimate a contract that was heavily negotiated and typical for the industry."
"There has been no showing of irreparable harm. She is being given opportunity to record. ".
Kesha has not recorded for over 3 years due to the fact that she didnt want to record with a man she claims assaulted her over 10 years ago but Dr. Luke denied all this charges. Apart from Taylor's financial support, she has received support from Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato and Lily Allen. Also a #FreshKesha campaign has been launched to support her.
